Before submitting the form please ensure that you have checked that you have power, water, or gas to the affected appliance. Please ensure any fridges have had their air filters cleaned and that drainage tubes are located securely in the evaporator tray.

If you are logging a warranty on a Natural or LP Gas appliance, you will be required to provide a copy of your GAS COMPLIANCE CERTTIFICATE. This proves that your appliance was installed by a licensed gas technician. Warranty can not be validated without this.

Please note: if your service request is not covered by warranty you will be charged for the service work performed

Q: Why do I need to log my service call online?

A: So that we have all the correct info in order to assist you quickly

Q: Why do I need to supply a copy of a Gas Compliance Certificate

A: Too many people think it is OK to install a gas appliance themselves. It is a complex process that is not as simple as connecting a gas hose and everything is fine. A gas compliance certificate proves that you have had you appliance installed correctly by a licensed contractor. Your Gas installer should have supplied you with this- if not ask them for a copy for your records. Without this, you cant claim on warranty.

Q: Why is warranty only during business hours

A: Our terms and conditions of sale stipulate that warranty service calls are done within business hours. If you require a call  out outside of business hours a Call out fee will be charged

Q: Why am I being charged- I thought it was warranty

A: Warranty does not cover user error, incorrect installation or damage (intentional or accidental).
