DoughMate® pizza dough trays are new generation dough transportation boxes and pizza proofing pans manufactured by Madan Plastics Inc. DoughMate® pizza dough trays are the preferred pizza proofing pan used by professionals in the USA, Australia and many other countries, for all their dough proofing needs.
DoughMate® manufactures pans for pizza dough proofing and storage. Our unique pizza dough proofing tray can help you create perfect pizzas and save money! The DoughMate® Standard Tray CPT -7 is designed and engineered to use for years of use without cracking and breaking and is manufactured from FDA materials and is BPA free. Our quality is unprecedented and that is why large pizza chains and independent operators, domestic and international alike, rely on DoughMate® dough trays as their choice for their dough proofing, transportation, and storage.
DoughMate comes in a commercial range of large boxes and lids
- Dimensions: 24"x16"x3" (Outside Dimensions 26" x 18" x 3")

- Side handles for better ergonomics
- No knockout pin impressions inside the dough tray to reduce dough sticking issues
- Available with and without cross stack feature (Cross stack locking feature allows dough trays to be stacked 90 degrees for maximum air flow for use as a cooling tray for various dough products.)
- Excellent dimensional stability
- Air tight and dust proof when nested
- Able to withstand broad temperature ranges
- FDA Compliant Copolymer Polypropylene material—BPA Free.
- Excellent release characteristics, and easy to clean
